Mark W. Claud Mark W. Claud, CCIM, President

Mark W. Claud, CCIM, graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a major in Management. Mark earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1996 from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. After graduation, Mark was in the banking industry for several years before entering the commercial real estate industry in 1988. Mark has been involved in all asset classes between development, acquisition, ownership, and disposition assignments. He has devoted a significant and increasing amount of time and effort through the course of his career to asset management and investor relations work. Mark is the Principal Broker, President, Founder and Partner of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Inc. and StreamCo, LLC.

Russell Wyatt Russell G. Wyatt, Vice President

Russell G. Wyatt, MBA, graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and went on to earn an MBA from the College of William & Mary. Russell practiced engineering for a decade before entering commercial real estate in the mid 1990's. With over a dozen years experience in leasing, sales, and asset management, Russell has been involved in all asset classes between development, acquisition, ownership, and disposition assignments. He has devoted a significant and increasing amount of time and effort through the course of his career to asset management and investor relations work. Russell is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Partner with StreamCo, LLC and with Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Inc.

Kenny Kenneth S. Strickler, Director of Asset Management

Kenneth S. Strickler, graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a BA in Mathematical Economics/ Economics & Commerce. Ken has spent the entirety of his career in the commercial real estate business. The first three years were spent primarily in property management and leasing where he oversaw a portfolio of over 750,000 square feet of retail and office properties for Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Inc., a full service commercial real estate firm. Ken is a licensed Realtor and has been involved in asset management since 2006. He now oversees a portfolio of over 1,500,000 square feet of medical office, office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties as Director of Asset Management with StreamCo, LLC. Ken’s proactive approach to real estate asset management is instrumental in assisting his clients achieve their goals and objectives. He is currently a candidate with Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Tenant-in-Common Association (TICA).

Andrew Gibb Andrew J. Gibb, CRE, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Asset Manager

Andrew J. Gibb, CRE, SIOR, CCIM, graduated from University of Richmond with a BAS Degree with concentration in real estate. Andrew has been involved in the Richmond real estate community since 1979. He began his commercial real estate career managing office, industrial and retail buildings. In 1983 he concentrated his efforts on leasing and selling these types of properties. Andrew is a Co-Founding Partner of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Inc. and is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
